A Message From The President
By Rae Saulino
Happy New Year!!! And, may it be a healthy one as well.
January is the time of year where we all start with good intentions and you know what the usual ones are: exercise more, eat wisely, try not to get stressed, take care of yourself and your family members, keep in touch with friends that haven’t reach out to you as they may not be able to and would appreciate your call and enjoy activities with family and friends to keep in touch with reality.
Those are several big resolutions to consider and feel free to add your own special resolutions to the list.
Resolutions are great; it’s the maintaining of them that takes effort and continuity. But, YOU are worth it!
This year, 2020, promises to be interesting. It’s the year that begins a new decade. It’s a year that sees much world interests. It’s a year of a Presidential Election. It’s a year of medical research and medical milestones. It’s a year that NJREA celebrates its 100thAnniversary. It’s a year that all of us may grasp with our hands and our hearts to make this world a better place. I could go on and on but you get the idea.
For all of you, from all of us at OCREA, live each day in the present. Don’t dwell on the past and delight in the future!
The Best to All of You from All of Us.
